Rarely there are cases in which the scar of the columella is a problem after rhinoplasty with open approach method. This patient came to our clinic after having the operation previously from somewhere else. A scar that is too visible can be corrected with Z-plasty. The picture shows a scar after 2 weeks of operation. A scar like this will almost disappear in 6 weeks.
