After a surgery using silicone, this patient came to our clinic for a revision. It's a case in which the nose was fine until 4 months after the operation, but the bridge sank down after a year. We are not sure about the cause, but probably the skin became thin since it got pressured by the silicone. We think a revision is necessary. Sometimes, there are unpredictable results. It's a hard situation for the patient.
