Recently, one's own fat transplantation became popular. The negative aspect of this method is that 60% of the transplantation gets absorbed, but one can achieve their desired volume after 2-3 times. Now, the positive sides of this is that it's one's own fat and the skin becomes softer like a baby's. Also, there is almost no risk of complications and makes one look younger because it reduces wrinkles. More importantly, the fat is harvested from parts where the patient wants(where he/she thinks is not necessary) so this can be a very good side of this. This patient had poor lips and cheeks. We took some fat from the butt; dermofat for the lips and own fat for the cheeks.
