It is not easy to operate contracted nose, but correction is possible.
Contracture is associated with silicone. But mostly it was mediated by infelmmation. If inflammation occurs, foreign material should be removed ASAP.
Contracture needs 2-3 operations.
First operation of for lengthening, 2nd and 3rd operation is sahpeing of nose.
At lengthening, Autologous material is necessary.
