Threre are three methods to conceal nostrils based on etiology.
First, exposed nostrils due to short nose, corrected by nose lengthening.
Second, due to dug alar, corrected with cartilage and skin graft from ear.
But for the severly dug alar like this pictures, it is not easy to correct with this method. In that case, we incise alar and move it forward for correction.
Incision scar is hard to notice after 3 month of operation.
