This is the case performed double eyelid surgery and medial epicanthoplasty at once. Medial epicanthoplasty is the procedure to remove epicanthal fold in order to make  big eyes. Also it can be helpful to continue the supratarsal line up to the medial canthal angle. But it may make a scar at operation site.
But lately, the scar can be seen rarely because we can conceal the scar into the supratarsal line.
