This is the inferior nasal view taken on the 4th of January. Correction of Cleft nose operation usually requires second revision procedure in the future. This is to further refine the aesthetic outcome and should not be seen as a surgical complication. Unlike the correction of nasal dorsum or manipulation of nasal cartilage, the nostril is much more flexible in nature and an exact correction is not as easy.  The arrow in the photos indicates the area that needs further refinement in the future.
