Correction of dimpling nose isn't easy. In case of nasal tip dimple, two tecnique could be used. One is to fill the dfect with soft tissue under dimpling site and elevate. The other is to resect dimpling site and cover the site using adjacent skin. These photographs reveals a result of the 1st technique, but the result isn't satisfactory. The 2nd technique is better at filling the defect, but has a disadvantage causing scar due to incision.
