This is a case of double eyelid operation in patient with epicanthal fold. Even though the patient was recommended medial epicanthoplasty, the pateint was allowed to operate only double eyelid surgery.
With severe epicanthal fold, a result was not so good in spite of double eyelid operation. That's why medial epicanthoplasty also has to be done with double eyelid operation.
