Nasal bone fracture would happen after fall down or blow out. In fact, the nose is the most frequently fractured area in human body. And, all in all,the  deviated nose result from traumatic nasal fracture. With nasal bone fracture, usually closed nasal bone reduction would be performed in posttraumatic 1 week. Sometimes reduction might be performed within 1 week after trauma. This patient was allowed the closed reduction in 1 week after trauma. In many cases, Closed reductions make incomplete correction and remained deviation of the nose. That's why corrective rhinoplasty would be required in incomplete reducted cases.
