There are various incision techniques for rhinoplasty. In general, we may classified into the open approach and endonasal approach. Futherly, the endonasal approach is classified into the rim incision, marginal incision, transcartilaginous incision and intercartilaginous incision. Recently, the marginal incision is accepted as the best method among these endonasal incision technique. With the rim incision technique, the unfavorable result would happened like this case(visible scar).
