It is easy to make nostril smaller.
But It's very hard to make nostril bigger.
In this case, to make tip higher, previous surgery was done with several layers of onlay graft. As you see in this picture, the tip goes high but the nostrils go downward.
It is better to use strong columellar strut graft to make proper tip projection.
