There are some many reasons for columella deviation.One is caudal septal deviation, another is damaged lower lateral cartilages. In this case a previous rhinoplasty placed on the nasal tip so many pieces of cartilage that the columella could not support itself and collapsed/deviated. We can correct this only if we know the cause.
