In cases of dimpling of nasal tip skin (arrows), one may think this can be simply corrected with subcutaneous tissue augmentation, but this method may not rectify the problem. Correction must be done using flaps and correct skin apposition. This method is somewhat complex but gives the best results. Post surgery , the scar can hardly be see.
