This patient was suppose to have surgery at our clinic, but she went to general hospital and got operated and nose became worse. We planned to do surgery using forehead flap. The patient did not agree. We just used local flap  and rib cartilage  to reconstruct her nose

Four times I undergone surgery in local clinic in 2009 and two times in general hospital in 2010. All the operations failed. My nose became horrible. My heart is no longer willing to go another surgery. I am not able to breathe through nose and not able to socialize because of my look.. It was horrible to see myself into mirror.
