Many people were very curious about the result of the patient. I was worried myself that it will turn out as a failure. And I decided to put the picture up so that it will lessen the worries and be aware of making mistakes.

This picture shows the face a little better. The purpose of showing this picture is to help those who have the same worry.

To be honest this is not an easy surgery. Rib cartilage was used to extend the nose and pre-maxillary operation was undergone to change the contour of the face.
 
Many people are curious. I feel that it will need at least two more weeks to form a perfect shape but I've decided to put it up.

Today's surgery. This will be a very difficult surgery.
It's now 8 in the morning during the surgery.

This is a very unique form. It has a crooked nose with triangular nostrils with a flat low nasal tip.
Will the results turn out good?
