1)I rarely use camouflage but instead of camouflaging I concentrate more on straightening the nose normally. Even after correction a nose that has been crooked for a long time still has a possibility to get crooked again. Therefore before the nasal bone sticks together completely it's recommended to give digital pressure to the opposite side of the crooked part after the surgery.

2)You don't have to decrease the size when you straighten a crooked nose. It can also be the other way.

3)In Korea irradiated ribs are not in use. Donated rib cartilages are not guaranteed to be safe yet.

1) 나는 드물게 하기도 하지만 camaflouge를 하지않고 정상적으로 펴는 것을 목표로 한다. 오랜동안 휘어진 코는 교정 후에도 약간 가려는 함이 남아 있다. 따라서 수술 후에 코nasal bone이 완전히 붙기전에 코를 휘어진 반대쪽으로 digitasl press를 주는 것이 좋다.

2) smaller하게 할 수도 있고 그렇지 않게 할 수도 있다.

3) 한국에는 irridiated rib을 쓰고 있지 않다. 다른 사람의 사체에서 얻어진 rib cartilage는 아직까지는 안전함이 보증되지 않고 있다.
 


>1)When you say camaflouge have you inserted a graft into the concave nasal bone on the left hand side.  I have read a book about something like this.  Thats a very straight nose in 295 is it possible to make deivations of this nature completely straight without the use of grafts or gortex to camaflouge the deviance.  You seem a very skillful surgeon in correcting the crooked nose.

Is this type of surgery possible with you?
