I understand that you use alloderm for slight augmentation however i understand that this has a tendancy to re-absorb after some time this can be a problem as the effects of surgery maybe lost?

Do you use permacol i dont know if youre familiar with itvery similar to alloderm but its derived from pigs rather then human tissue.

Its alot cheaper then alloderm and is guaranteed to be a permanent solution and doesnt cause any infections or allergic reactions.  doesnt re-absorb at all
