Hi Dr. Jung,

I am interested in getting a chin implant.  I understand that you use silicone for the chin. Will silicone have any side effects (extrusion, calcification, etc.) in the chin as it does in the nose?  Given all the problems with silicone for the nose, I am curious to know why you would prefer this material for chin implants.
