Hello, I had multiple rhinoplasty and use to have bulbous nose. Now it is still kinda bulbous because of scar tissue (the actual implant is thinner). What procedure can you do to remove scar tissue and how much scar tissue can you remove (% wise - like if scar tissue is 100% for remove procedure how much can be removed). Also what is the healing time and cost, will it swell up like rhinoplasty procedure?
