The primary rhinoplasty procedure can be different because every patient have different deformities and different demands. But we usually do open approach. For implant material, we use Gore tex(e PTFE) in 85% of cases and also use other material like silicone. We do tip surgery using patient own cartilage.
I think there is no significant relationshop between possibilities of disctaction and temperature.
