We usually do open approach. We use Gore tex for dosal augmentation in 80%. When doing the tip surgery we use the patient`s own cartilage. Septal cartilage is the first choice but if there is no enough cartilage, we use ear cartilage too. As for chin implant, we use silicone prosthesis. The incision site for nose is mid columella and for chin is sublabial.
