It is possible to undergo these procedure prior to the rhinoplasty. The decision should be discussed between yourself and the facial contouring surgeon. Goretex gives a natural looking rhinoplasty. Your nose shape can be changed based on your preference. There are some basic anatomical variations that can be achieved. We would recommend 7 days and 10 days after surgery for primary and revision cases respectively.
