Still we do not recommand the rhinoplaty under braces. Because the rhinoplasty can make the swelling on your whole face during a month.

And after finishing the correction by the brace, your maxilla height and your zygomatic and mandible shape will be changed, but we can not estimate and reflect the result now. We have to make your nose under estimation, or make your nose just fit on your present face.

If so, after finishing the brace, you can need revision surgery. 

And after 2 or 3 months after rhinoplasty, your nose will be unstable. In this cause, the brace can make the dismorphing of your nose.

Plz. wait until your correction of brace will be finished.
