Hi, the list did not provide a  complete list of price. I would really like to know the combine price. 1. reduction of bulbous nose. 2. lenghtening of nose tip with cartilage 3. and use donated rib for bridge. how much will the combine cost? and also, can a oily and thick skin nose be reduced?
