Hi, I have had a bull horn lip lift, and it left a small scar under my nose. I have no sensation left on my Philtrum. Will a nose job affect the area more? will the nose job be more difficult due to the bull horn lip lift? most importantly, will a nose job cause me to loss my sensation around my nose?
