Hi doctor,

If there is not enough septal cartilage for the nose tip, can donated rib be used instead of ear cartilage?  Or is it only used to increase the nasal dorsum?  I'm very concerned about the risk of keloid formation because the earlobe is the most common site.  I had one keloid on my thigh from a previous surgery.  Please let me know what you would recommend for my situation.  Thank you!
