If I am international and planning on going to Korea around Christmas break for nose surgery, how far in advance should I reserve my surgery appointment, and how long should I stay?

Also, is there an implant or surgery to fix a cleft chin? My chin has a dent in the middle and I want to smooth it out. How much would it be?
