We can put gortex in previous cavity no need of craeting new one and it can be done through inner incision. We can use smaller silicone if u wish but best choice is gortex. We cannot prevent sliding of silicone but after few years it will stop it own.

regarding cost of surgery we will charge minimum amount in between 500 to 1000$ depepnding upon case. It will be decided after consultation.
