Many thanks for your fast reply. Regarding the material use, I would like to know if gortex got infected, must it be removed immediately? I am worry about higher chance of infection in gortex than in silicon. How long will the whole procedure take? And if I want to twist my nose tip a bit higher (currently it is a bit dropping down). could it also be done through inner incision? Thanks.
