I think my nose alar is too thick and bulky which makes my nose look a bit too wide. is it possible to perform alar reduction surgery to correct this without obvious change of the shape of the nostrils? i do not want massive amount of change to the overall appearance, instead, i want it very natural and harmonise with my facial features. i saw some cases from different clinics online and found that some patients having alar reduction ended up with strange shape of nostrils.
