As for your question, for the first, we should check up you have ear cartilage left or not.
If you have any ear cartilage left, we can consider using your ear cartilage for your tip and making shape of your lower part of your nose. But if you don't have ear cartilage, we should harvest your rip cartilage for making your nose bridge and tip part of your nose.
Also, if you have very small nose, also we can consider use the rib cartilage.
