Dear Dr Jung,

I was your ex patient. I did my nose with you in 2009. In recent years, I noticed the gradual collapse of my external valve, which resulted in "pinched" nose tips.  I would like to insert in alar batten grafts through closed surgery method. As I have already used up my septal and ear cartilage and I want a more conservative approach. I would prefer to use irradiated rib cartilage to add the support of valve . Appreciate your advise if it is feasible. Thank you.
