I'm really sorry for answering you late.

When silicone gets inserted it forms a capsule most of the times which is related to some complications. Some of them include the contracted nose of Michael Jackson and the fact that the nose might look "glossy" due to silicone. Gore-tex does not form a capsule unlike silicone. Gore-tex may also cause complications which is called "late inflammation" due to rejection symptoms. However the possibility of that is only 0.03%. Same for silicone infection is the most harmful side effect. Infection occurs at 1% from those who had operation.
