THank you for the last answer. With out doubt I would like to operate my nose at your clinic. YOu seem to be one the worlds expert in dorsal augmentation and columella correction(have asymmetrical columella after a nose surgery when I reduced my earlier very high nose bridge to much). But as I live far away from Seoul I hope you can decide first if my goals are doable. Regarding donated rib what do you recommend: My own or donated rib? Can I count on that the donated rib gives the same effective result as my own rib? Can the donated rib be received my body as good as my own  rib?

>Donated rib is examined through 10 different ways and principally the most healthiest part is chosen; then after harvesting it the protein is removed through special treatment. Therefore there is no antigenicity. So it doens't cause any problem in human body. If donated rib is expensive it's produced from the US or Germany so its use is limited. In North America or Europe usually it's used more than other implants. We use the ones imported from Germany. Rib cartilage is managed very carefully with full safety which is more than anyone can imagine. If you are still worried then you should use your own rib.
