Dear Sir,

Therefore, can I know what procedure did you do to the nose in lengthening the columella?

For me, I have slightly retracted columella and I saw it can be corrected using plumping graft...with pieces of cartilage graft obtain from ear/septum, and insert into the base of the nose. Pls advise will I be able to rub my nose after inserting plumping graft because I heard that if lengthen the columella using septal cartilage insert to the middle of the columella, it will result in the columella to be very firm and cannot rub the nose....

Pls advise, and also how much is it to do the plumping graft because I saw from FAQ, I am not sure which price range does this operation falls into.

Even though if one has columellar legthening, not too firm. And you can rub^^ your nose.
Because i just use their own cartilage. Cartilage has a elasticity.

Exactly same in FAQ.
If you don't have any surgery before, 4000USD.
If you want to have the surgery using rib car. - 5500USD.
