Do you use extension spreader graft to lengthen the vertical length of caudal septum (lowest part of septum)?

Is not caudal extension graft better for augmenting caudal septum than extension spreader graft? I am taking about augmenting the length of the lowest part of septum, not only widen the lowest part of septum..

What extension spreader graft do you use for augmenting caudal septum? Do you have a picture of extension spreader grafts?
