We suppose that dr. Jung has high morals.  Does dr. surgeon suggest a patient have a surgey, if he knows that a augmentation of nose bridge and tip with own septum and ear cartilage is not permanent and natural.  With permanent augmentation of nose bridge and nose tip, I mean a result that last in whole life without medical problems after ten or twenty years,, like more than 8%  resorption or high risk of infection or other complication.
Can my friend or spouse attend the operation? Is it possible for us to record the operation?
