Operation for nose, generally it takes about one and half hours. However, it takes little bit more, if it including time preparing the operation and a term of recovery after the surgery.

If you go under knife using way as via 

 In case of open-approch rhinoplasty, suture out on 5th days after the a surgery has been done. Then may have to visit operation center for couple of times to makesure that the shape of the nose is alright.

In general the bluies and swollennesses are will be gone two weeks after operation. Those are go out very natualy, that is why we not using such special medicinal treatment.

Wearing of splint is indispensable for first 5 days after operation, after that you may use splint when you are in home for about 2~3 weeks term.

You may undergo eyelid operation and nose operation in same time, but it must go though with eyelid surgery first.
in general after eyelid surgery, problem for scar may occurs on part of epicanthoplasty has been done. That is why we focusing on minimize the size of scar of on that part, and we never have any problem with that.
