Hello Dr Jung,

I have tre questions.I need augment the caudal septum, so the vertical length of nose tip is lengthened. How do you place own patient's graft to achieve that?
What is your approach for augmenting the height of nose tip?
Lastly, I wonder if you can augment the dorsum of the nose, so my own cartilage graft meets the eyebrows at the top of the nose? Unfortunately,  unexperienced surgeons can not shape the graft so its curves and meets the eyebrows at the nasion and glabella.
