First picture shows prominent implant on nose.which is deviated to left on your tip.
On second picture, we can make your root of nose wide and high like picture but not perfectly same.
That's because second and re-operation have so much limitation.
And implant can change shape a little. But after some month, the shape of implant stabilized.
