I will book for operation soon. But picture 1 shows the shape of my nose today without nose implant after a rhinoplasty that reduced the height and width of my nose bridge and tip. So picture 1 does not show my nose with implant. I do not have a implant that is deviated. My nose tip or "columella" looks deviated because y "caudal septum" is deviated after a untalented and inexperienced surgeon He did though compensate me double the operation cost for deviating my caudal septum.

Picture 2 shows the shape of my nose before rhinoplasty (reduction of nose). Picture 2 also shows the shape that I want to augment back too. That is possible if you correct caudal septum deviation and augment back caudal septum, nose bridge and tip parts. Are you one of the most experienced rhinoplasty surgeon in the world for this job?

Can you shape the implant so it meets the eyebrows at the glabella and nasion like picture 2 permanently (so it does not loose height and breath after many years, like after subsided swelling or resorption).
