I have looked at many cases with pictures at recent surgeries. It seems most of the results of the rhinoplasty augmentation are the same. Is it only dorsal augmentaton and columella augmention done in most of the cases?
I do not see much more advanced augmentation of nose tip parts (like alar cartilages, lateral cartilages etc).
