Is donated cartilage a good (permanent, with out complication etc) for augmenting septum and tip parts? Is the resorption rate, stability and support of irradiated donated rib cartilage in nose tip parts well documented?

How long does the patient usually remain in the clinic after the surgey if the nose tip parts is augmented with own rib cartilage? Is own rib cartilage better than donated rib cartilage?
