Those materials that was asked about in last topic, does not sound as good a own cartilage. Is it not better to use material that is most like own nose than foreign materials for reconstruction rhinoplasty? So the option should be either own or maybe tissue engineering. WHen will dr. Jung be able to apply tissue engineering? I pay whatever for that. 

According  Dr. Saschs in Newyork, he can let patients to see the end result of nose augmenation even before the operation is ever. so he can adjust the shape of the nosel, if the patient is not satisfied. He says that whats particularly nice is the patient is right there and you can
adjust it right in front of them and
say, Okay is that what you wanted?
And they say, Yes, that's great.
I suppose Dr. Jung also can do that during operation.
