Do you have cases in "Recent surgeries" section that show increase of columella show in profile view with plumping grafts?

Do you have cases in "Recent surgeris" section that show augmentation of tip parts (not columella, but lower lateral cartilages and caudal septum)
 
If one use donated cartilage for plumping and tip grafts (lateral catilages, caudal septum etc), how much will be left and not resorbed after 15 years?

would not the possibibilty of asymmetric resorption result in asymmetric augmentation of tip parts?
