First of I must say that I am grateful  reading patients questions. I am sure that will help many others who want to augment their nose or  be inspired by new ideas.
I have seen that some patients have booked operation with you. But if book operation with dr. Jung, do you send important information about preparation for the operation? Also I wonder if you speak english well, so one can ond day before operation have more detailed information about the grafts and procedure of the operation? I suppose Dr. Jung  do not need a translator if he has managed to read American english book during medical school and attain a course in rhinoplasty in Texas.
