Dear Dr. Jung, I have read you article that you use spreader grafts to augment caudal septum. I do not want to seem like a wise-man, but spreader grafts is used to support caudal septum or augment the sides of caudal septum. You must use caudal septal extension graft to augment the length of caudal septum. Have you used caudal septal extension graft earlier?
Please correct me.
