Can increase increase caudal septum show in profile view by using caudal septal extension graft (please note that spreader graft is not enough, as it does not agument the whole caudal septum angles, i.e. anterior, middle and posterior part).
Note that this woman has more caudal septum show in profile view in the photo to the right. This was done with CAUDAL EXTENSION GRAFT.
