However many docents and experts of plastic surgery do not recommend irradiated homologous cartilage grafts (donated rib cartilage) for rhinoplasty as it FAILS to provide LONG-TERM SUPPORT. How come that you use it anyway? Don't you want a implant that provide LONG-TERM SUPPORT?
